It didn't get me anywhere. My husband placed an order for two custom frames, only because the two smallish pictures we needed framed were not regular sized. I don't even know how they stay in business. People that work here are pretty nice, but they need more of them! The woman at the register acted oblivious to any coupons that could be found in our emails. After I finished with the second transaction she looked more irritated then ever.

Every time I go in, the same items I'm trying to get are not restocked. I could possibly just live in the fabric section of this store! I wake away because she seem weird. I try very hard not to go to this store but it's the only craft store that's by my house and I only go there if I'm extraordinarily desperate. Why do they care if I get four dollars off? Most orders are completed within two weeks. Everyone rude rude and rude. I will never come here again! There are two to three people behind the register with only one register open. Instead of opening another register, that woman leaves and let another woman take over. Either hire new employees who are able to move faster or put at least 6 ladies on that material line to get the line down with how damn slow they move. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
The staff that are on location don't take the time to help customers and the lack of store organization makes it a challenge to find what you need on your own. Place your order by 5pm local time and pick your order up same day. The lady in front of me had a lot of items and she stopped in the middle of her order to continue shopping and I had to ask the other girl behind the counter to open up another register.
